The SKY Breath Meditation gives you expert training in a series of yogic breathing techniques which can reduce your stress, relieve anxiety & depression, and bring you back to a clear and positive state of mind.

Guided Meditations

A set of guided meditations called “Hollow and Empty” created by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar are a central part of the retreat. These meditations are geared towards drawing out the deepest layers of stress and tension from our nervous system.


Silence is more than not speaking, it is a way to renew ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. Even just a few minutes of true silence gives a rest far deeper than sleep, and possibly anything else you’ve experienced in life.

Silence is an age-honoured practice to still the mind, to give much-needed rest to our over-worked nervous and immune systems, and to discover the true joy of our being.  Instead of being left on our own to the mercy of our chattering minds and perpetual to-do lists, the Breath & Silence Retreat is a fully guided experience, structured to help you step-by-step on your journey.  Led by experienced instructors, the Breath & Silence Retreat introduces us to the silent corners of our heart, cleanses our perception of the world and ourselves.


A Complete Package

We begin this signature online retreat with building a strong foundation of breath-work.  Breathing clears the cobwebs in the system and brings us to the doorstep of meditation and silence.  We learn powerful pranayams and the world-renowned, research-based breathing practice of Sudarshan Kriya.  We then step into special meditations designed for deep silence.  Complemented by rejuvenating yoga, profound yogic wisdom about the mind, body and emotions, vegetarian meals (recipes provided), this is a complete vacation package for the mind, body and spirit that you have been looking for.

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely!  The retreat is meant for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.  If you have any questions during the retreat, our experienced senior instructors are very accessible and available to help and guide you.
You will receive a detailed list in your Welcome email once you register.  A general guide depending on the season is warm clothing, layers, rain gear, swimming gear, hiking/walking footwear, bug repellent, sunscreen, flashlight.
The Centre is a place of health and wellness.  Alcohol, meat (including fish and eggs) and tobacco/recreational drugs are not permitted on the campus.
Special diets include vegan, nut-free and gluten-friendly meals.  Please check the appropriate box at the time of registration.  If you have any severe diet restrictions or allergies, please write to the centre in advance at to make sure we will be able to accommodate your needs.
