Sudarshan Kriya

The Sudarshan Kriya is a pranayama sequence taught in the Art of Happiness program. If you have already attended, you are invited each weekend for the group long Kriya.

Free entrance – Art of Happiness pre-requisite – Saturday 5pm and Sunday 11:15pm

Meals

We invite you to join us for a delicious vegetarian meals Tuesday to Sunday.
