The stresses of life, pollution around us, and the chemicals in our food, destabilizes our internal balance and causes us to store unnecessary toxins physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The excess toxicity in the body (Ama) needs to be released to maintain health and vitality as it reduces our levels of prana. Therefore, it is highly beneficial to schedule a few days regularly to cleanse and detox ourselves.
The Ayurvedic Panchakarma Detox is a personalized residential Ayurvedic program designed to the specific current needs of your body, mind and emotions. It supports us in bringing all our nerves, tissues and pranic systems back in balance, allowing us to return to our happy, lively selves.
Fall is an excellent time of the year to do an Ayurvedic Panchkarma Detox. And getting away from city life to a natural and serene place like the International Art of Living Centre helps tremendously in this process!
