A school of Ayurveda and a holistic treatment center
Sri Sri Ayurveda is the ayurvedic arm of the Art of Living Foundation. It is a beautiful marriage of spiritual practices and the fundamental principles of good health. The five main centers for Sri Sri Ayurveda are located in Bangalore, India (the Foundation’s headquarters); Bad Antogast in Germany; Boone in USA; Taraska in Poland; and the International Art of Living Center in Quebec, Canada.
The first Sri Sri Ayurveda Technician Training in the West took place in 1996 at the Art of Living International Center nestled in the hills of Germany’s Black Forest. In 2000, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar assigned Ann Revington the task of establishing Sri Sri Ayurveda at the Canadian Art of Living Center. Over the years, the Sri Sri Ayurveda Institute for Education and Wellness has been expanding and now includes a beautiful building with 8 massage rooms, a swedna room and lecture facilities.
The Sri Sri Ayurveda Institute for Education and Wellness is located in Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc, amidst the tranquil lakes and forests of the Mauricie region, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The Sri Sri Ayurveda Bodywork & Health Practitioner trainings, Marma Chikitsa and Mother and Baby trainings are led by Ann Revington.
Ann is a certified teacher from the Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science and Research in Bangalore (2005). She has responsibility for the Sri Sri Ayurvedic Institute.
The Art of Happiness course and the Sri Sri Ayurveda Art of Wholesome Eating Training Courses are taught by Elisabeth Jaeger.
